Victoria Tyler is the founder and director of Nutrition and Vitality and the IBS and Gut Disorder Clinic, two renowned clinics dedicated to addressing digestive health through Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine. Both these clinics were foiunded with the goal of helping patients alleviate digestive issues like IBS by identifying and addressing their root causes, providing a holistic, sustainable approach to health.

Victoria is a Registered Nutritional Therapist holding a BSc Hons in Nutritional Therapy, accredited by BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and registered with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). She has also trained with the prestigious Institute of Functional Medicine, ensuring her practice is grounded in the latest research and methodologies in Functional Medicine.
Her career began in a different realm—Victoria earned an Economics degree and an MBA and went on to work with prominent corporations, including Canon and Vodafone. However, her personal journey through health challenges inspired a profound career shift to Nutritional Therapy, where she found her true calling.

Fluent in Italian and French, Victoria enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds and cultures. She also manages our sister branch, the IBS and Gut Disorder Centre, where she leads the team in delivering expert care for digestive disorders.

She was fortunate to work alongside Michael Franklin, whose practice received a CAM Awards nomination in 2009 for Outstanding Practice, and she has maintained this standard of excellence ever since.

We see patients with a wide range of chronic health problems including weight issues, digestive disorders, food intolerances, and auto-immune conditions including Psoriasis.
We try to encourage patients not to rely on unnecessary drugs unless absolutely essential. Our goal is to understand what is truly causing your symptoms. In doing so, we may use laboratory tests.
We also help patients to keep motivated to make any necessary dietary and lifestyle changes that will help their healing.
How do we work with our patients?
Our aim is to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. In doing so, we often will use the latest laboratory techniques (blood, urine, stool and saliva testing), detailed questionnaires and will spend at. least 1 hour with each patient during our their first consultation.
Many of our patients have told us that this is the first time they have been truly listened to.
We will recommend dietary changes, supplements, stress management techniques, and exercise and lifestyle changes. We will treat every patient uniquely working at their preferred pace. Our goal is to educate you and give you the power to heal.
We are firm believers in functional medicine and will try and work with all systems of the body as they are all interconnected.
