Each initial consultation lasts 60 minutes and during this time we will review your medical, nutrition and diet history facts and health goals.

When appropriate, laboratory tests may be recommended to identify underlying problems such as food intolerances, parasites, yeast overgrowth and vitamin deficiencies or digestive symptoms.

After your consultation, we will tailor a personal nutrition plan for you.
We typically see our weight loss patients fortnightly to ensure they reach their goals.
